Wednesday, Oct. 20th is Unity Day. This is an event created by PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center, to come together in one giant ORANGE message of hope and support. Wear ORANGE to color our nation, and even the world, to visibly show that our society believes no child should ever experience bullying.https://5il.co/10mqk

🛑 Stop by Potlatch this Saturday and see our awesome Library Ladies!! Raffle ticket purchase goes directly to Gary ISD Libraries. We are hoping the community will take advantage of the opportunity to win a gift basket!! 📚 The Gary Library Ladies are setting up a book basket raffle at Potlatch. If you would like to purchase a ticket for the raffle, the tickets are $2.00. Our basket will contain about $150 worth of new books (middle grade and elementary). Lonestar Nutrition is also adding a gift card to the basket. If you would like to purchase a ticket, just let Madelyn Crooms or Tricia Cranford know today or tomorrow. They will have the drawing at Potlatch and will contact you if you win. 🎉🎉

The Beta Club's first blood drive is Today Wednesday, Sept. 8th!!!! YAY!!! Everywhere is extremely short on blood supply!!! So Life Share is in desperate need!! The t-shirts are super cute this time around! Gary ISD blew away Life Share last year with how amazing we did with donations, and we were able to earn almost $2,000 of scholarship money that I awarded to students!!!! I am so very thankful to work with such amazing, giving people!!! They will be here from 9-3:30.
