Attached is the flyer for the FREE event we at the Panola Archery Club are hosting on March 26th. During this event, the children will report in either the 1st flight (at 9AM) or the 2nd flight (at 11:30 AM). Registration for the event will be capped at the first 120 children to register with 60 kids in the first flight and 60 in the send flight.
Upon arrival, the children will be broken up into 4 groups of 15 and will complete learning circuits consisting of shooting .22s, shotguns, archery, meeting with the Harrison County Game Warden (Warden Peoples), and finally with the Texas A&M Forestry Service for a plant identification. The 4 groups will be escorted through the circuit by veterans associated with the East Texas Combat Warriors.
Each child will be provided lunch as well as a T-Shirt for the event. The deadline for registration is March 4th.
There is also an accompanying T-shirt design competition for those registered participants that would like to create and submit a design entry. The officers of the club will meet and select a winner from all submitted designs and that child's design will be on each shirt for the event.

Gary ISD will operate on a normal schedule for Friday, February 4th. We will continue to monitor the situation as the night progresses. We will have staff checking roads first thing in the morning. Important Announcement Regarding The Homecoming Parade
Due to the high probability of inclement weather throughout this evening and into tomorrow, the decision has been made to move the PARADE ONLY to Tuesday, February 8th at 1:30 pm. The Senior Pep Rally will follow at 2:30 pm.
At this time, all other Homecoming Festivities will continue as scheduled.
